Gear up for Apple Season
Pies. Muffins. Pancakes. Fritters. Butter. Dumplings. Cider. Juice. Jams and jellies. If you are from Western North Carolina, chances are that you probably know what all of these have in common--apples, of course! Of course, the climax to apple season really happens in September during the famous North Carolina Apple Festival, located in downtown Hendersonville just minutes from Fox Run Preserve.
