Hendersonville has Residents Thinking Spring & Green
Maybe it's the upcoming St. Patrick's Day or maybe it's our latest snowfall, but something in the region has Western North Carolina residents thinking green. And with the official start of spring just a couple of weeks away, it won't be long before we start seeing more of our favorite color around the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Fox Run Preserve, Hendersonville's premier gated community, is not alone in looking forward to a new season marked by warmer temperatures, budding trees, colorful flowers, and a renewed sense of optimism. We've all endured a beautiful but in some ways challenging winter, and Fox Run is looking ahead to brighter days. In fact, the Hendersonville community is already heating up with its recent homesite sales, and it may have something to do with its many green features. From long range mountain views that offer spring fanatics spectacular scenery to the eco-friendly HealthyBuilt-certified homes offered by Biltmore Farms Homes, Fox Run Preserve is proving that green can be in season year round. The Cottage Collection in particular showcases a sustainable design without sacrificing comfort and luxury. Following a new trend in real estate, the homes feature less environmental impact, less hassle, and lower cost--and starting t just $285k, it's a big, happy and healthy life for less.
Of course, Fox Run Preserve's location may help you see green, too, and over the upcoming weeks residents have the option of interpreting that quite literally. Just minutes from thriving downtown Hendersonville, opportunities to visit arts destinations and shopping and dining venues are right at Fox Run's doorstep, and as the town gears up for spring, there are plenty of fun activities from which to choose. Consider participating in the March of the Leprechauns Parade downtown, complete with a costume contest and live entertainment, or celebrate Western North Carolina's strong Irish heritage with a Guinness at Hannah Flanagan's. Whatever your choice may be, Hendersonville is sure to please.
And we hope that Fox Run Preserve will, too. To learn more about Fox Run's land for sale, request more information online or speak with a community consultant by calling 828-329-9777.
